1. Call to Order
2. Welcome and Introduction of the Board by president. Former President and Current Treasurer, Susan Winstead is introduced.
3. Secretary, Paula Marshall is introduced as the evening’s moderator.
4. Paula Marshall Introduces the authors, and then the readings.
5. Reading tonight: The author and her literature.
   
   Susan Silverman (previous CJA winner). Reading from her new book Selected Misdemeanors: Essays at the Mercy of the Reader (University of Nebraska Press, 9/25), is a collection of flash essays.

Martha Gies. Reading from Broken Open: Essays

Laura Newman. Reading from The Darling of the Black Rock Desert

Julia Allen. Reading from Women Making History: The
Revolutionary Feminist Postcard Art of Helaine Victoria
Press. The book is nonfiction; it tells the story of the first
publisher of women’s history postcards.
